CQS Accreditation Secures Acceptance on to Santander’s Residential Conveyancing Panel

Thorneycroft Solicitors celebrated last week as their application to become a member of Santander’s Residential Conveyancing Panel was accepted.

Santander approves only Law Society Accredited Conveyancing Quality Standard (CQS) Solicitors as part of their risk management strategy to mortgage lending and recognise that CQS provides a means of maintaining choice and high standards for their customers.

Using a solicitor who is not on a lender’s panel can often cause delays as the lender has to instruct a solicitor from their own panel. In addition, it can also result in you paying two sets of legal fees – your own and the lenders.
