Christine previously worked as a Manager at a firm in Manchester before joining Thorneycroft Solicitors in February 2019 having over 20 years of experience in Conveyancing. Christine deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity and equity release, shared ownership conveyancing, estate agency referral work and more complex title transactions. Christine's department provides a pro-active service to ensure a swift conclusion and high quality experience throughout. The team has a wealth of conveyancing experience and will be able to assist with any queries which you may have. In her spare time, Christine keeps busy spending time with her grandchildren and going for walks with her husband, Glenn, and their dog, Monty. Grace re-joined Thorneycrofts in June 2025 having now had two children and is based in the Holmes Chapel Office. Grace specialises in residential conveyancing dealing with sales and purchases, new builds, unregistered properties, help to buy, transfer of equity and remortgages. Lisa joined Thorneycroft Solicitors conveyancing department in March 2025. Lisa completed the Council for Licensed Conveyancers distance learning course qualifying as a Licenced Conveyancer in August 2013 but has worked within the industry for 35+ years. Lisa can handle all aspects of residential conveyancing including sale, purchase, transfer of equity, equity release, shared ownership, remortgages, leasehold and help to buy. In her spare time Lisa enjoys reading, walking, cross stitching, crafting, cricket, caravanning and socialising
