We are proud to announce that Christine McClenaghan has been appointed as the Head of Residential and New Build Conveyancing at Thorneycroft Solicitors.
The conveyancing department at Thorneycroft Solicitors has experienced excellent levels of growth over the past 12 months, particularly in the New Homes sector and Christine’s appointment will ensure the firm is able to build on its already growing reputation for providing excellent conveyancing services for this sector.
Christine brings a wealth of experience to the Thorneycroft Solicitors Conveyancing Team, having practised in the sector for over 20 years and having worked as a Manager for a Manchester firm previously.
During her time as a Conveyancing professional, Christine has become an expert in handling all types of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity and equity release, shared ownership conveyancing, estate agency referral work and more complex title transactions.
Christine is a natural leader who leads her department by example, ensuring that all conveyancing staff provide a pro-active and high-quality experience throughout the conveyancing process, an approach which the wider team has embraced.
