Christine McClenaghan

Associate Director and Head of Residential and New Build Conveyancing

Christine studied Law in Manchester. Christine previously worked as a Manager at a firm in Manchester before joining Thorneycroft Solicitors in February 2019 having over 20 years of experience in Conveyancing. Christine deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity and equity release, shared ownership conveyancing, estate agency referral work and more complex title transactions. Christine’s department provides a pro-active service to ensure a swift conclusion and high quality experience throughout. The team has a wealth of conveyancing experience and will be able to assist with any queries which you may have. In her spare time Christine is the Treasurer for Glossop and District Cancer Research Committee which organise fund raising events throughout the year.

Christine was a pleasure to work with. She kept us informed of everything throughout the process and replied to queries very quickly.

I started my career in Estate Agency back in 2003 and managed Reeds Rains offices in Manchester City Centre and Urmston. In 2011, I moved up to operate the national Conveyancing proposition for LSL’s EA brands. In 2019, I joined Sort Group. There are many that helped us to create solid relationships and a first-class service for our consumers (you all know who you are). But one lady, in particular, has helped me personally in so many ways. From her time and progression at HL Interactive to our current collaboration with Thorneycroft Solicitors. No matter how ‘bombed out’ we were over the years, I could always rely on her support.
