Sharlene was absolutely wonderful throughout. She showed incredible patience with Mum, who can sometimes find technology a bit overwhelming. At first, Mum struggled to get onto the WhatsApp call, but Sharlene remained calm, understanding, and supportive.

Sharlene made Mum feel completely at ease. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who truly goes the extra mile.
