Why Thorneycroft Employment Shield?
To give you choice and flexibility we offer you the opportunity to purchase at any one of three levels:-
At Level One we will audit your current employment documentation and practices. To help us get to know you and your business this is normally carried out on your premises. We will then deal with any changes that are needed and provide you with any additional documentation that is necessary, tailored to the needs of your business.
Level Two provides you with the benefits of Level One and gives you access to unlimited telephone advice on any UK* employment issue from our team (9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). You will be allocated an individual advisor.
Level Three provides you with the benefits available at Level One and Two and (subject to acceptance by the insurer) access to a commercial insurance policy, covering the legal costs of employment tribunal proceedings as well as settlements and awards, minimising your commercial risk in giving you peace of mind. We are fully authorised by a major insurer to manage your claim.
