Summary of Results:
Our latest survey was completed in June 2023 and a summary of the results from respondents is shown below:
- 22 % of respondents were male, 75% were female and 3% preferred not to say.
- 3% of respondents were age 16-24, 16% of respondents were 25-34, 28% of respondents were age 35-44, 30% of respondents were age 45-54; 18% were 55-64; 1% 65+ and 4% preferred not to say.
- 91% of respondents do not suffer any form of disability.
- 13% of respondents are limited in the work they do as a result of a disability or health problem.
- Whilst the majority of our staff consider themselves to be of white British ethnicity, we also have staff of Indian, Pakistani, African and other mixed ethnic groups.
- The majority of staff reported their religious belief as Christian followed by those who have no religion or belief, and the largest of the other faith groups is Muslim. 7% preferred not to say their religion or belief.
- 86% of respondents attended UK state schools; 13% attended independent/fee-paying schools; and 1% attended school outside of the UK.
- For 16% of respondents, one or both parents attended university.
- 39% of respondents said they are a primary carer for a child under 18.
- 12% of respondents said they had responsibility for helping or supporting someone with long term physical or mental ill health.
