Here at Thorneycroft Solicitors, we pride ourselves on our excellent levels of client care, and we are proud to announce that we will be recognising others who have displayed exceptional levels of customer service by sponsoring this year’s UK Customer Service Excellence Awards hosted by Modern Insurance Magazine.
Our Managing Director, Rachel Stow, will be a judge at this year’s Awards, which will be held on 10th of April at Cafe de Paris in London, and Rachel will be joined on the judging panel by some of the country’s leading customer service experts.
The Awards are now in their second year and this special event focuses exclusively on customer service in the insurance and broker markets.
This year those nominated and all those attending will be celebrating the innovation and positive business changes brought about for customers through excellent customer service making this one of the most prestigious awards to those in the sector.
The successful nominees will achieve a seal of approval which could make that particular company a customer’s preferred option when they are searching for an insurance provider.
