Fun and fundraising at ‘The Glam & Glitter Ball’

Another wonderful night was had by all at a fundraising event for a charity very close to Thorneycroft solicitors’ heart.

The charity BASIC, which was set up by an amazing gentleman called Derek Gaskell after his wife suffered a brain injury following lifesaving surgery, held ‘The Glam & Glitter Ball’ to raise much needed funds for individuals living with spine and brain injuries.

The charity supports the Greater Manchester Clinical Neuroscience Centre at Salford Royal Hospital and supports the needs of patients suffering within the community.   Held at The Point, Old Trafford Cricket ground, the night was a huge success, with everyone dressed up to the nines with their best glad rags on.

The evening offered a delicious meal, live entertainment and top notch prizes and did not disappoint retaining its reputation for being one of the highlights of our fundraising year.
