Thorneycroft Solicitors are delighted to announce the appointment of Heather Gaunt in the position of Associate Director and Head of the Wills, Probate and Trust Department. Heather takes this role as part of the ongoing expansion and development of the firm’s Private Client Services.
Heather brings with her 21 years’ experience in the private client sector, encompassing both large national law firms and niche regional practices, Heather has worked with a range of businesses and clients, giving advice relating to probate services, Court of Protection applications and preparing powers of attorney.
As a member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) she is able to give specialist advice on complex trusts, inheritance tax, wills and estate planning issues.
Managing Director Rachel Stow is delighted to have Heather as part of the firm’s management team.
