Toni Wilkinson
Associate Director, Litigation Executive
Toni is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and has specialised in Claimant Personal Injury work for twenty five years. Throughout her career Toni has represented clients who have suffered complex and life-changing injuries as a result of motorcycle, bicycle and car collisions and due to her extensive experience in serious personal injury work and excellent client care, Toni now acts for victims of medical negligence. Toni’s varied case load includes substandard cosmetic surgeries, negligent dental work, care home failures and issues of consent.
Toni holds a black belt in karate and is a keen and advanced skier. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, watching her son play football, travel, walking her Jack Russell dog and volunteering at a local community chapel and garden.
