Leslie Chetwood

New Client Manager & Head of Conveyancing Operations

Leslie joined Thorneycroft Solicitors in 2006 as a Claims Handler within the New Business Department. In this role, he managed first notifications from clients who had been involved in accidents, handled all new enquiries, and ensured clients received the support and guidance they needed from the outset of their claim.

Following his success in the department, Leslie was promoted to Manager of the New Business Department before becoming New Client Manager in 2024. In 2026, he expanded his responsibilities further by taking on the role of Conveyancing Operations.

Leslie oversees the processing of all new claims and obtaining quotes for all conveyancing matters, while overseeing the operational processes within the Conveyancing Department to ensure they run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with the firm’s high standards of client care.
