Linzi qualified as a solicitor in October 2013 and has nearly 12 years’ post-qualification experience specialising exclusively in family law.
Collaboratively trained, Linzi combines strong technical knowledge with an empathetic approach. She helps clients navigate divorce, separation, children, cohabitation, and financial matters with clarity and compassion.
She works closely with clients to identify the most appropriate process for their circumstances — whether collaborative practice, negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or court proceedings. She always prioritises what matters most: children, financial security, and future planning.
As a member of Resolution, Linzi adheres to the Resolution Code of Practice, which places the needs of the whole family, particularly children, at the heart of everything she does. This includes reducing conflict, promoting respectful communication, and supporting clients to make informed decisions with a clear understanding of the long term emotional and financial impact
Linzi also advises on wealth protection, including declarations of trust, cohabitation agreements, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements, recognising that careful planning is often one of the most constructive steps couples can take. She has worked with the National Crime Agency and police on cases involving witness protection and disclosure in support of criminal investigations and trials. In addition, she has acted for a Local Authority on child protection matters, giving her a broader perspective that enhances the strategic, child-focused advice she provides.
She is recognised in Legal 500 (2024) as “razor sharp; she knows the law and procedure and ensures it is followed in her cases… does not shy away from providing robust advice to clients… a strong negotiator”. Chambers & Partners (2024 and 2025) ranks her as an “Associate to Watch”, noting her particular expertise in children law matters, describing her as “meticulous in her preparation, knows her cases inside-out… very clued up on the law” and “second to none in terms of client care”.
In her spare time Linzi enjoys playing padel, weight training, Zumba, hiking, and spending time with loved ones, including her dog, Dudley.
