William Pembleton
Associate Solicitor
William qualified as a solicitor in November 2023 after undertaking his training contract with the firm in 2021, he studied at Staffordshire University where he completed his Graduate Diploma in Law in 2013 and Legal Practise Course in 2015.
Before joining Thorneycrofts Solicitors in March 2020 William had accumulated a wealth of experience working within different areas of law, William briefly practiced defendant clinical negligence work for one of the NHS Resolution’s expert panel solicitor firms, which he believes provides him with a greater advantage when negotiating settlement with defendant insurers and solicitors.
William currently works within our Personal Injury team where he is running a caseload of employers/employee liability and public liability cases pre and post litigated fast track and multi-track personal injury claims through to settlement, William prides himself on attention to detail and ensures all of his client’s needs are always at the forefront of everything making sure they receive the care, attention and maximum compensation they deserve. William takes great pleasure in demonstrating high levels of client care in a manner which is highly personable, approachable and friendly and has a particular interest in employers liability claims and find these cases to be thoroughly rewarding.
