Proclaim Developer

Thorneycroft Solicitors are a forward-thinking, well-established firm and we are one of the North West’s leading firms of solicitors, employing 150 people across all areas of the legal profession.

We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team.

You will be working as part of a small, busy, versatile team and as such expected to undertake a wide variety of task.

Qualifications

  • 2 years’ experience of maintaining and developing Proclaim case management software
  • Ideally with some experience of IT support/help desk role

Primary responsibilities

  • Building Linked Actions
  • Developing workflows using Linked Actions, autoroutines and maths codes to improve the efficiency of the business
  • Document templates
  • Creating reports
  • Using advanced reporting and SQL to improve system reports for management
  • Setting up import/export/auto routines
  • All aspects of maintaining a Proclaim system
  • IT support work to over 150 users when needed – this involves supporting Windows 7 and Microsoft Office software

Skills/Competencies

  • Have at least 3 years’ experience
  • Extensive knowledge of developing/maintaining Proclaim, including the use of Workflow
  • Database maintenance

  • Import/Exports and Screen Designer
  • A2A Portal integration
  • Secure Docs E-Signatures

Salary/Benefits

  • Dependent upon experience
  • 29 days inclusive of bank holidays annual leave (increases with the length of service)

Hours

  • Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5.30pm with a lunch break of one hour each day
