This is a fantastic opportunity for a Post Completion Apprentice to join a driven team of residential property specialists.

We are an innovative national conveyancing firm based in Cheshire and require a confident and committed individual to help us continue our successful provision of residential conveyancing. The successful candidate will be part of a small team dedicated to providing a first class customer service experience to clients referred to our business by a dedicated group of property professionals.



Have at least 2 years’ experience in current role



  • Support to the conveyancing department for the post completion requirements of sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equities and some commercial property transactions
  • Ability to complete AP1 and FR1’s
  • Ability to complete SDLT1 submissions
  • Knowledge of government schemes such as Help to Buy, etc, and their post completion requirements
  • To comply with all policies and procedures at all times
  • To deal effectively with clients and introducers both over the telephone and in written correspondence in order to provide advice and assistance to them in relation to residential property matters in England and Wales
  • To provide the highest level of customer service to clients and introducers at all times
  • To return communications from clients and introducers within 2 hours wherever possible and within 24 hours without exception
  • To maintain accurate and up to date records on all required applications at all times for the benefit of all parties and team members
  • To progress matters to in a timely manner and to ensure all deadlines are adhered to
  • The accurate and timely production of the file for exchange sign off
  • The accurate and timely logging on of incoming items
  • To promote and develop the business (as required)
  • To attend courses relevant to your position
  • To maintain a good up to date working knowledge of relevant aspects of the law other than those specified above to allow cross-discipline advice to be given
  • To keep up to date with changes in the law and maintain and disseminate information to other colleagues in relation thereof
  • To attend and contribute to team meetings
  • To undertake such administrative duties as the HOD may reasonably require from time to time
  • To observe strict credit control in relation to client matters in which you have prime responsibility
  • To act in the best interest of the firm undertaking the above tasks and others reasonably considered by the firm
  • To deal with such matters as the firm may reasonably require from time to time
  • To archive files accordingly
  • To ensure undertakings on files are discharged accordingly

Apprenticeship Salary

Discretionary bonus (after a successful probationary period)

29 days inclusive of bank holidays annual leave (this increases with the length of service)

Birthday day off

Death in Service benefit




Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm with a lunch break of one hour each day
