The service offers three levels, allowing the employers to sign up for one that best meets their own specific needs and can be integrated into their own HR department, if they have one. In addition to auditing and updating existing employment documentation and practices, Thorneycroft will deal with any changes/additional documentation required, ensuring that your business is kept up to date with current legislation.
Under level 2, unlimited telephone advice is provided between 9am and 5 pm Monday to Friday, whilst level 3 also includes access to a specialist commercial insurance policy that provides cover against Employment Tribunal costs and awards.
