Mark Belfield represented Thorneycroft Solicitors at the Brain Injury Group’s Carers Week this week.
The series of free drop-in advice clinics for the carers of brain injured relatives and friends was organised by local carers organisations to celebrate the massive contribution that carers make, and specialists brain injury solicitors were available to offer free, no obligation legal advice.
“When a catastrophic injury occurs it can have devastating consequences for the injured party and their family. With such an injury it is vital to find a solicitor with knowledge of the complex process involved in this type of claim, as well as a thorough understanding of the rehabilitation process and the importance of assessing the potential future needs that a brain injury claim needs to take into account.” Says Mark Belfield, Director and Head of the catastrophic injury team at Thorneycroft.
“As well as undertaking compensation claims, and securing the correct rehabilitation early on, we ensure that carers receive the guidance and help they need in order to aid the recovery of their loved ones.”
