Thorneycroft Solicitors has recruited Chloe Scott to join the residential conveyancing team at its Macclesfield and Buxton based firm.
Chloe has over 8 years’ experience as a residential conveyancer. Having worked in both high volume practices and smaller high street firms, she specialises in combining streamlined conveyancing procedure with excellent client care. Chloe works closely with estate agents, financial advisors and clients to ensure transactions are proactively progressed as quickly and as smoothly as possible.
Chloe also devotes her time to ensuring that Thorneycroft Solicitors’ conveyancing procedure incorporates the most up to date application of legal principles and protocol as well as compliance with the requirements of lenders and legal regulators.
This practical client based approach is underpinned by completion of the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at BPP in Manchester.
Chloe lives in the Peak District with her husband and two children. Her love of the outdoors began as a child growing up in the US State of Montana and she enjoys hill walking, camping, skiing as well as travelling abroad.
