Rachel Stow, MD, was invited to speak at this year’s Redford Court seminar run by The Brain Injury Rehabilitation Trust (BIRT) titled ‘An Unexpected Journey – How Service Users Travel from Admission to Discharge’.
The seminar, led by Dr Ivan Pitman, Consultant Neuropsychologist was an educational seminar for health and social care professionals working in neurological rehabilitation with special interest in brain injury.
Rachel spoke about ‘The Importance of a Legal Perspective in Rehabilitation’ and as part of this presented ‘David’s Story’ – a video case study about one of our clients and how legal help has had an impact on their recovery and long term outlook.
