Two local businesses, County Labels Limited and P R Jones Jewellers are the latest employers to sign up with Thorneycroft Solicitors for the provision of HR & Employment Law services.
Headed up by experienced employment lawyer Mark Bestley, Thorneycrofts’ Employment Team offers an employment retainer scheme that provides a fixed price solution to those employment law headaches.
The annual membership scheme offers a flexible package which can include an audit and updating of all employment documentation and practices, unlimited advice on employment issues as well as a commercial insurance policy providing protection against the legal costs of Employment Tribunal claims and any awards of compensation.
P R Jones Jewellers, who have four stores in and around Cheshire, is the latest business to recognise the value of this service. Owner Michael Jones said ” We are delighted to have this burden removed from our shoulders as it frees up senior management time to actually get on with what we are best at; providing a first class service to our customers.”
County Labels who are located in Adelphi Mill, Bollington were established in 1987 and have experienced substantial growth over the years.
