Last weekend Thorneycroft Solicitors were proud to be one of the sponsors supporting the Mercian Motorcycle Club’s Charity Family Fun Day and Motorcycle Show held at The Sycamore Inn in Birch Vale.
The aim of the day was to raise as much money as possible for the Kinder Mountain Rescue Team, and as part of our continued work within the community, we were delighted to sponsor the trophy for best sounding motorcycle, as well as hosting a raffle which had over 40 entrants.
The prize for the raffle was a £30 voucher for Marks & Spencer and we’d like to congratulate the winner J Bennett.
It was a great day, which included some excellent live music, jugglers, a climbing wall as well as several tattoo artists.
We’d like to thank all those involved for making it such a great day, and we’d like to say a special thank you to the club for making Lisa, a Barrister from the Thorneycroft Large Loss team, feel so welcome. It was the first bike show hosted by the Mercian Motorcycle Club and it was a great success! There were some fabulous bikes on show and some great people. In total the day helped raise over £1,300 for Kinder Mountain Rescue. Long may it continue!
Long may it continue!
