Local used car retailers Chrome Motors are the latest company to sign up with Macclesfield based Thorneycroft Solicitors for their Employment Shield.
The Employment Shield service offers employers a bespoke fixed price service covering a review of all employment documentation, unlimited telephone advice and updates, as well as support and hand holding through those tricky moments when employers are involved in issues such as disciplinary and grievance procedures. Additionally, as advisors approved by a major UK insurer, Thorneycrofts can provide access to a commercial insurance policy, providing cover against Employment Tribunal costs and awards.
Danny Towns Chrome Motor’s Managing Director explained why he had chosen Thorneycroft’s retainer service. “As a company we have seen steady growth since forming the business in 2010. This has seen us increase the number of people that we employ and this means increased HR responsibilities. The Retainer Service frees up my time to spend doing what I do best – managing and building my business ” he commented, adding “I’m really pleased with the advice I have received to date and our new employment contracts and staff handbook are all ready to go.”
Thorneycroft’s Nicola Parker is delighted to be working with another successful local business. She commented “Over the past couple of years we have developed strong working relationships with a wide range of local employers and it is great that Danny is the latest local business owner to recognise the benefits of our service”.
She added “Like Thorneycroft Solicitors, Chrome Motors are passionate supporters of the local community and I hope that we will enjoy a long term business relationship”.
