The service offers three levels, allowing employers to sign up for the one that best meets their own specific needs and can be integrated into their own HR department, if they have one. In addition to auditing and updating existing employment documentation and practices, Thorneycroft will deal with any changes/additional documentation required, ensuring that your business is kept up to date with current legislation.
Under level 2, telephone advice is included between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, whilst level 3 also includes access to a specialist commercial insurance policy that relates specifically to employee matters.
