Following changes in employment law, fees are now payable by the Claimant in employment tribunal claims against the employer.

From the 29th July 2013, a party bringing a claim in the employment tribunal or an appeal must pay an ‘issue’ fee.

92 Year Old Man Seeking Compensation After Dental Mis-hap

A 92-year-old man is claiming compensation after a dental tool negligently fell down his throat and into his stomach.

The man was being fitted with a dental implant when he felt the tool slide down his throat. He was lying back in the dental chair when the dentists asked him if he caught the object. He then responded quickly saying he didn’t catch anything and was unaware of what had just happened.
