Covid-19 Announcement Update

With the concerns surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak, we want to reassure our clients and customers that we very much remain open for business, however, we have made some important changes to the way we operate.

In view of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak, we are monitoring the situation and following all appropriate UK Government guidelines to ensure the wellbeing of our employees, employee’s families, our clients and customers.

We are still very much open for business with a mix of agile, home working and office working however visits from the public are by appointment only.

To ensure our clients and the wider community have access to the legal assistance they need during this difficult time, all our departments are offering a free initial consultation and free initial advice via telephone.

We also have local solicitors who will do their best to get your documentation witnessed, completed and signed with you, whilst maintaining social distancing rules at all times.

The following measures are also in place:

• We are keeping matters under review and following all appropriate UK Government guidance to ensure the wellbeing of our employees, employees families, our clients and customers
• We have robust business continuity plans in place to ensure that client work will continue with minimal disruption. Our employees have laptops/PCs and are able to operate remotely. They can be contacted via email or phone in the normal manner
• We operate in a paperless office so all client records are held electronically and can be accessed remotely
• We are now operating face-to-face meetings by appointment only, but if you would like to use other methods of communication then we can arrange video or telephone conferencing
