Chris Hughes

Solicitor, Head of Conveyancing

Chris is a Solicitor and Head of the Conveyancing Department, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to the team. He qualified as a solicitor in 2006, having first completed a Business Management degree at Manchester Metropolitan University. He then went on to obtain both the Post Graduate Diploma in Law (CPE) and the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at Staffordshire University.

Chris specialises in residential conveyancing and also handles commercial property transactions. He works closely with estate agents and fellow solicitors to ensure that every buying or selling process runs as smoothly and stress-free as possible for clients.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, especially his granddaughter Sienna Blue. He is also a keen gym-goer and cyclist, having recently taken part in a charity bike ride from Morecambe to Bridlington.
